Ply lining is the most common method used in van lining to cover the internal storage area of a van to prevent damage from and to items being transported. We offer site visits to fit the ply lining at your place of work, at home, or you can visit us at our base in Warrington.
Each of our van lining kits are cut using the latest CNC computer cutters and all of the wood comes from sustainable sources. Off cuts from the sheets are kept to a minimum due to the CNC’s accuracy in plotting and the remainder is recycled into biomass energy.
When we design and develop our ply lining kits we take into account all of the factory equipment fitted into the load area, to give easy access to all tools and accessories with the lining kit fitted in place. Every lining kit is designed with all the different vehicle specs and layouts taken into account.
All of our van lining kits can be fitted in under an hour keeping disruption to a minimum. If we are fitting our ply lining kit on site we do require the van to be empty though.
Our van ply lining kits can cover doors, sides, the floor, and has boxes designed to cover and protect the wheel arches. The van lining kit sides are manufactured from 6mm plywood, the floor and wheel arch boxes are manufactured from 9mm plywood and aluminium edging strips to all door entrances were available. Floors can also be upgraded to 12mm plywood.
Our based is in warrington and we cover the whole North West of England for van ply lining and van lining including Manchester, Blackburn, Preston, Wigan, Liverpool, Burnley, Bolton, Chester, Crewe, Rochdale, and Oldham.
